Very poor overall experience! My wife and I paid to have service done for us both. However, did not complete for my wife due to her dementia but charged us for the complete service anyway. Afterwards they blamed us for not informing of my wife’s condition (while being insensitive to the difficulties our family as going through as a result). Overall service was a bit disappointing. Was made to wait 20+ minutes after our scheduled appointment time despite arriving very early. Services rendered were priced higher than other local law offices. Edit: This is not a fake review as the business is suggesting in their comments because of which I will lower another star.
Staff was courteous and responsive. However, we were made to wait 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment time (despite arriving early). Also, price for services was above some competitors but decided to go with this law office based on referral. Was a bit disappointed with the overall service at the price charged.
