NO professionalism whatsoever. I was promised a 1hr appointment over the phone for $100 and got dismissed after 10 minutes with a fairly simple answer: NO! NO explanation on the degree of difficulty of the case NO insight provided as to why the case cannot be handled by this law firm, and most importantly NO professionalism by this individual. I feel robbed and insulted.
