Noel, thank you for helping me clear everything up. Much appreciated. That being said, in February I went to get my CCW and was denied. I went through the appeal process of the FDLE. After almost 2 months of waiting, I got my appeal letter back stating that I was still prohibited from owning or buying firearms. Reasoning was because in back in 2019, I Voluntarily Baker Acted myself. The court decision was wrongful. After searching for an attorney, I came acrossed Noel.
