I met with this attorney last year for case analysis regarding a tenant,co-tenant and a court-appointed guardian. Unfortunately,the direction he gave me was incorrect and caused unnecessary delay and extra money. This attorney advised me that I needed guardianship-court permission before filling a holdover case.
