In my experience Ms.Rios was co-chair too Damian Brown in my defense but Ms. Rios participated as a lead attorney during my case stating state law when she seen prosecution stating questionable statements. Ms. Rios exhibit as an attorney to be a team player who could of been head attorney in my case but as second chair Ms.Rios on site research case law to which she provided to Mr.Brown that was facts of the law that contradicted the prosecution arguments that resulted in the judge agreeing with the defense.
