I called Michael Horowitz for a timely legal matter. He spoke to me on the phone and said he would take my case, needed $6000.00. I called him the next day after he said he would send a retainer and needed to get working right away on my case. I never received an email, he never did any work. The following day I called letting him know I had his money in full and wanted to schedule a time to meet with him.
