My husband and I are very disappointed in the customer service we have, o haven't, received from M. Crawford. He doesn't return phone calls, at present the phone isn't working and 2nd number just rings busy. Doesn't respond to emails asking for status update. We gave him his fee and are extremely dissatisfied. My husband is a disabled veteran and we feel this is deplorable treatment. I would not recommend Michael to my worst enemy. The worst lawyer. You pay him money and he is unreachable and very discourteous. Discourteous meaning everyone has their cell phone at some point of the day so to just ignore someone calling and texting asking questions and not getting back until weeks later when he feels like is rude. He unauthorizedly charged my boyfriends card without anyones permission and that is illegal.
