Stay away!! He will NOT do what you want to be done. I told him that I wanted to proceed to trial, and gave him the reason. He said this was the best he could do, but charged me $10,000. He said that my concerns wouldn’t come back to bite me later, and nothing can be further than the truth. I told him over and over again that I didn’t want to take the deal, but he ignored me.
