This guy was representing some sellers for some reason of a house in my area of Oregon. He sent me a purchase contract that was not a standard real state of Oregon contract that my bank would accept. I sent him a real contract and disclosure statement and he went into cry baby mode and ruined the sale. This mostly is due to we wanted to see the disclosure statement, and do another walk through. He is direct, and to the point, helping us weed through real offers and people that just want to waste our time.
