DO NOT use this legal team. We recently worked with them to buy our first property. We were so happy to work with a Latina attorney. The team was kind and attentive. However, while negotiating, Mayra failed to bring up a disclosed proposal for a 5.3 million dollar repair needed in the building. Because this was not explained to us or shared with our realtor, after we closed we were hit with a nearly 20k special assessment.
