Not professional and he is rude
Very rude experience when I called him a few months ago . He was presenting seller side and we requested him to provide seller’s address and phone number to deal with an issue which we (buyer) had right after closing a home few months ago. It was a full seller’s responsibility because seller did not addressed the agreed inspections issues professionally nor they provide any paperwork of the work done which caused the issue.
