Mark is a very knowledgeable special education attorney. He takes the time to listen to your needs, provides you with possible outcomes and advises accordingly. He is relentless and takes the stress out of what can be an already stressful situation.
Mark is a wonderful advocate for our elementary-aged son. After the school district refused to provide gifted services to our son, despite his extremely high scores in math, my mother recommended I contact Mark - as 20 years ago Mark helped my sister establish a GIEP in high school and enroll in college classes as a high school student. I hold a Ph.D in social psychology an... read more
My family sought out Mark Voigt’s help because we were unsure of all of our son’s rights in special education and we wanted to make sure that his rights were protected. Mark was warm and welcoming to us, and listened to all of our concerns. He wanted to throughly understand our son’s issues. His expertise was eye opening for us, helping us understand all that our son was entitled to. His advocacy brought about positive changes for our son and our family. It was such a relief to feel that we had someone on our side to advocat... read more

He skillfully navigated and represented my sons case before the school district with remarkable precision and diligence. Throughout our interactions, he demonstrated... read more

Anything that could have been wrong there, was wrong, yet the high school insisted over-and-over that it was an "appropriate placement". After months of getting nowhere on my own, Mark was able to build a c... read more
