Mark James and his assistant Johnatha were fantastic, guiding us thru a bankruptcy case from start to finish. On meeting Mark on day one, we trusted him explicitly. He explained everything thoroughly and in detail so we could understand how the system works. If we had questions, at any time, Mark or Johnatha was always there to assist.
