Marilyn is amazing! Our family is extremely grateful our paths crossed. Her experience and fearless approach dealing with a lending system where nobody seems to be on the same page allowed us to keep four homes including our family's residence. A long shot loan modification resulted in a miraculous outcome because Marilyn knew what she was doing while the bank seemingly did not. Not only were we able to keep our property, Marilyn's hard work resulted in almost 400k in debt forgiveness. Our sincerest thanks.
I feel like Marilyn is a sister to me. Marilyn nursed me through 2 successful loan modifications which changed my life in a big way, for the better.
