My experience with Marilyn was fantastic. This was the first time I’ve used a real estate attorney for a home sale and she made everything very doable. Marilyn made the process easy for me who is not very adept at complicated online processes. She works with the utmost honesty and integrity. Marilyn helped us sell our condo to our tenant. She walked us through the entire process and made every step easy and efficient. We were able to close in under a month from the time the Purchase Agreement was signed. Highly recommend for FSBO transactions!
We cannot recommend Marilyn enough. As first time homebuyers, we were a bit unsure as to what to expect in regard to completing our off-market deal in going from tenants to owners of our rental home. Marilyn created clear guidelines for both parties involved and had wonderful communication from start to finish. We were able to close relatively quickly and were very pleased with her services!
Marilyn walked me through a “sale by owner” in Marin county (Bay area). She is very responsive and knows ins and outs of real estate. She had some good advice which I didn’t listen to and got me in a little situation, but everything ended up ok and went smooth at the end. 100% recommended.
What could have been a nightmare house sale was in reality a no-pain transaction because of Marilyn's knowledge, firmness and kindness.
