We cannot recommend Marilyn enough. As first time homebuyers, we were a bit unsure as to what to expect in regard to completing our off-market deal in going from tenants to owners of our rental home. Marilyn created clear guidelines for both parties involved and had wonderful communication from start to finish. We were able to close relatively quickly and were very pleased with her services!
Great experience helping my son buy his first house. She saved the buyer and seller so much in realtor fees…we wouldn’t have been able to get him into a house without Marilyn. I highly recommend her.
There were defects with the property and I had been in a lawsuit with the developer, so everything needed to be disclosed. Fortunately, my neighbor, who was a co-defendant in the lawsuit (his home had the same issues), offered to buy my house. What could have been a nightmare house sale was in reality a no-pain transaction because of Marilyn's knowledge, firmness and kindness. She knows her real estate law, and if she's unfamiliar with an issue, which happened in the case of my unusual reverse mortgage, she'll do research until she's well-versed in the subject. My family needed to move across the county pretty quickly to help with some health issues with family members, so we had to sell our house. We wouldn't have been able to move if we had to pay 5% to 6% of the transaction to real estate agents.
