Marilyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped me with a contract to purchase my Mother In Law's house. She charged a very reasonable flat rate - so we were very pleased with the pricing and knowing all the costs up front. Marilyn helped us sell our condo to our tenant. She walked us through the entire process and made every step easy and efficient. We were able to close in under a month from the time the Purchase Agreement was signed. Highly recommend for FSBO transactions!
