This lady is such a joke. I used her as my divorce lawyer and I contacted her recently for advice on custody and she informed me that she couldn’t give me legal advice because she works for my ex husband. I had a feeling that she was working for him the entire time but couldn’t prove it. Stay far away from this pos.
Hired Margret to help with getting fair child support. The entire time she gave me the run around. She sent out documents on her own time. She also had me stand in court alone, she was a no show. After wasting my time she dropped my case and now I’m having a difficult time getting my refund. If you retain her prepare not to have your calls answered and don’t expect her to do whatever she promises you she’ll get done. Seems like she was working with my ex husband's lawyer. He pretty much got everything that he wanted. I've called the office several times with questions, asking for copies of documents, and even portal information so that I can aquire these items for myself. Nobody could assist me until I spoke with Margaret Mitchell, and she NEVER returns calls. She made up charges to keep the remainder of my retainer.
