Lynn is Unprofessional Incompetent and a horrible attorney.... I paid her for my bk I went before the trustee and had to represent myself she didnt properly advise when a issue was raised she claimed 12 years of experience but not equipped to handle anything out of the ordinary that is not just paperwork...She sent me someone elses personal information due to error...She hung up on me when asked her to proceed and do her job..I am a single mother of two. I was referred to Lynn by a very good friends of mine. They went on and on about how great Lynn was as an attorney, as well as a person. So I called to scheduled an appointment with her. She was super nice and personable. Lynn and her staff done a great job answering my questions, responding to emails and going through the entire process with me and what to expect next. I would definitely refer Lynn to others in the future.
Lynn Lape has done an excellent job for me. While she can be very busy and have a lot going on she has bent over backwards to help me. I was desperate when I was going through a divorce, losing my house and then received a notice from my mortgage company that they were asking me to pay the difference between what they received at auction and the amount on the mortage loan. The service I needed the law firm for, is now completed, and I still call her or e-mail the office when I have a question or a concern.
