I find it very confusing to have a WIERENGA website/portal and TaxDome operating in parallel. It's not obvious what does what and which documents and tasks lie inside which domains. It would be better to have one place for everything - a 'one-stop shop'. Secondly, the messages/chats indicate that one should make one's own decision about whether estimated tasks for the following year. How on earth should the client know this?
