Absolutely horrible professionalism from this lady. She does not return phone calls or text messages or emails promptly. Nor did she have the quality and experience to handle my case. I was told that my case would be settled in September 2022 and I ended up having to hire a lawyer losing the money I paid her. BEWARE!!!!!
