I used Ms. Arkin back in 2002 for an auto vs pedestrian accident. I trusted her to do what was best for me & my husband. The settlement was low, very low. The girl that hit my only had a $250 fine-Ms. Atkins response to me in court was "we just need a guilty plee, it doesn't matter what the charge is". This was 24 yrs ago and I am still suffering with pain & PTSD from that accident. I've had 10 surgeries over the years, really wish the settlement was better as I have been disabled since 2006.
