Beware of scammer, I hired Christopher Leung to do my eviction case in Oakland, it turn out he is a big fault. We agreed with the price around $4000 to do the case and I paid $3000 deposit, my tenant did not pay rent for 2 years, easy case right? Guess what, for two months christopher kept asking me to get a 2 mils landlord insurance, I told him I alrdy got a 500k landlord insurance plus 1 mil umbrella, that should be more than enough ( my house is only worth 500k ) from august 1 when I hired him til end of sept when i fired... read more
