We used this service today for a mediation. The mediator was unprepared, had not read the material our attorney had sent him prior to the meeting and chose a very poor opening mediation/negotiation strategy. We believe he lost control of the process within the first 15 minutes. We admit conditions for the mediation were tough and a resolution would not be easy.
