Have her in a driving ticket in Rowan county and she's upset because the infraction was fully completed, but the people in charge didn't clear my license for reinstatement so after eleven years without them I'm having to do it all over and I'm praying,that she just let's them know that the paperwork is all in order and then it's just a simple email or a call to the license place and I can get my license back
