I can’t imagine how any of the great reviews come from those who were handled the same. My daughter was in an abusive marriage and by the end stages she was living with her abuser and begging for this team to do more than add charges for frivolous services.( considering none of the charges and added services changed anything that could have been the outcome on day one without them. ) How does a team have no ability to communicate beyond “ now your balance is ______” and we will get back to you on that.
