This experience was very disappointing. Our consult with her went mostly ok, other other than a couple of delays. Afterwards, she promised to send us a follow up email the next day, as our situation was time sensitive. We finally received it over a week later after calling, messaging and eventually showing up in person to her practice. The lady at the front desk was rather apathetic.
