I was very impressed with Mr. Higgins. He has a very calm and methodical demeanor but truly seems to care about the people who come to him for dispute resolution. I was surprised to come here to Google and see that he only had one review because he is widely respected in the community. I truly appreciated that when discussing legal theories and terminology that he took the time to explain them to me so that I could understand.
