The closing itself went fine, but that's where the service seemed to end. When a property issue came up afterward, I reached out to the firm expecting at least some guidance or direction. Instead, I felt completely ignored. I even visited the office in person to discuss the matter, but left without any help or answers. Good customer service doesn't end at the closing table, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I would look elsewhere if you're choosing a real estate attorney.
