Oct 2017--with update (see below) Karla is a nice person, but unfortunately she does not follow through on her work. My mother (who is 80 years old) hired her to pursue a claim, has called and called her office and has only been able to speak to her answering service. Karla has not replied at all for several weeks. And because she doesn't have a brick and mortar office, there's no place to go to find her. My brother and I hired Karla after our mom passed. She took our money and never did anything. She's been unreachable for months and does not return phone messages left on her work number nor with her answering service. We finally contacted the Bar Association for assistance with communication and they had the same result. We have since filed a complaint with the Bar Association.
