Writing this to save someone from making a bad decision like I clearly did. Divorce is a big deal especially with child custody involved. I had so much evidence to show to the court and this guy didn't even take the time to look at it or even submit it to the court. I feel like I deserve a refund if I'm being completely honest. However, if your matter is complex, requires careful attention to detail, or involves serious allegations, I would not recommend him. The only good thing I can say about my experience with him handling my divorce was the cost. Communication was slow and vague. Several times I had to say You didn’t answer all my questions. I was told the process, that would only take about 3-4 hrs of his time would take 3-6 weeks to be final. After not hearing back after 6 weeks I reach out to him and he hadn’t even final the paperwork yet. Very professional. One of the best lawyers out there. Mr. Lucherini will actually sit there and listen to you and do what's best for your case! Highly recommended!
Josh represented me in three separate hearings and hiring him was the best move I could have made. He listened to me, looked at the evidence and built a defense that was like a work of art. Watching him present in court was like watching Michael Jordon playing basketball. He is truly a master of his craft. His prices were amazing considering the quality of his work! I would hire him a million times (although I hope to never have to defend myself in court again).
