I called Mr. Pops and he readily answered my questions. What was important to me was Mr. Pops relating to me as if I was a high net individual being focused and attentive. Should you be looking for an attorney with legal knowledge and genuine empathy then Mr. Pops is your person.
I’m having to go through some tough family stuff and I contacted his website to get an appointment and ask for a phone call as an option on the website for a return message. Instead I received a rude email from his receptionists. Totally unprofessional saying that it’s not going to work out for me without even hearing the problem. Our experience with Mr. Popps was very disappointing. He seemed more interested in getting us out of his office than doing a competent job. We had two separate visits of roughly 20 - 30 minutes each. A a 90 year old I felt pressured to read, sign and pay at the drop of the hat. In the end there were two major mistakes in my will.
