Unfortunately, I wish I didn't have to leave this review, but I feel I should to advise others not to use this attorney or any of his partners. After 2 years of trying to contest a will for my mother and a wrongfully appointed POA for her, I have received no update at all. NO communication or follow ups. Slowest attorney I have ever had. Said he was going to file on Monday. Finally filed on Friday. Said he was going to file a motion on Monday but on Wednesday it still has not been filed. My advice is to hire someone else.
I paid Mr. Lucas to complete the estate and he has failed to complete the estate. I feel Mr. Lucas has committed unethical conduct and should be sanctioned. Mr. Lucas was paid attorney fees in full and has failed to render services as agreed
