This man should not be allowed to practice law. My son hired him and his case was settled in mediation in my sons favor. My son never received his settlement check. All attempts to contact him has failed. He even blocked us on Facebook so we can no longer message him. We are now in the process of filing complaints with the Bar Association and filing a suit against him. DO NOT give this man a dime of your money.
After taking my money, Jose never responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I made multiple attempts to contact Jose, all of which failed. He made multiple motions to delay my case without ever consulting with me. Finally had to replace him with a competent attorney, due to the fact that we were 1-2 weeks away from starting mediation and over the course of 6 months, Jose and I had NEVER spoken on the phone or met in person to discuss my case!!!!!!!!
