If you want to recommend a lawyer that will take your money and then tell you there’s no chance of winning your case this dishonest lawyer is the way to go. Against my better judgement recommended him to a friend who was some serious charges. He acted like he could get the care thrown out to the family that hired him and he did nothing but twiddle his thumbs and lie about what he can do. I hired Jordan Pennington in 2022 for an estate case involving a forged will. Despite providing him with a fully organized case file, medical records that clearly proved that on the date of the forged will - my Mom was incapacitated, and expert evidence showing the will was fake, he did very little to move the case forward. He often had excuses and eventually told me we couldn’t win, advising me to give in—despite clear proof on my side.
