I called Gonzalez’s Law Office looking for legal help and got an attitude instead. The woman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and condescending. She made a simple phone call feel like an inconvenience to her. John’s attitude was just as bad. I came away thinking: why would I trust this office with a serious legal matter when they can’t manage basic courtesy? My experience was awful, and I would tell anyone considering them to call somewhere else. I would give them Zero Stars if that was an option.

Gonzales Law Firm is a joke! Very unprofessional, do NOT recommend. Communication is horrible, the staff is rude including John Gonzales himself, which is the owner of this Law Firm I believe. Upon reading reviews other people have had the same experience. Highly recommend NOT using this law firm whatsoever.
