Placed multiple calls and left multiple voicemails to seek representation and guidance for a landlord-tenant matter. Despite the outgoing message cheerily saying that Mr. Unell will get back to you, he never did - it's been over a week since those voicemails and since I've retained more competent and responsive counsel.
John was very informative about the laws regarding real estate transactions. He was also able to provide me with great resources for finding the appropriate documents to use for my business. He also was swift with making contact and transparent about his fees. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Knowledgeable. Quick to respond & make an appointment. Came to a conclusion before getting all facts (this was just a consult, however). Arrogant. Not worth $300 consult. $150 would have been reasonable for the service.
