This was a recent estate case. Same paperwork came several times because this office could NOT get addresses correct, emails correct and probate papers correct with items that weren’t part of the trust. When it was time for the final checks for the heirs, you had to call and tell them you wanted Docusign for the papers which needed signing (they were going to do snail mail and you’d have to mail it back to them).
