Informative and and respectful. John educated with the pros and cons that allowed me to make the choice I felt was best for my situation.
I was in a new and challenging trust situation recently, and met John to discuss it. He listened, and asked thoughtful questions. He explained where he thought he would be of the most help and guided me through possible solutions. His personable approach and depth of knowledge left me much clearer and more confident about my situation. I plan to engage him on this and my own trust, and highly recommend him.
If I could I would give John a 10 rating. I live in Florida and needed to speak with a probate attorney in Michigan. Called several different firms and got varying rates to answer what I thought was a pretty simple question. When I called John Tatone's office I did talk with an AI receptionist and initial info was taken. A 20-minute call was schedule by text. very easy to select time and day. Very easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly and his prices are more than reasonable. He just tells you like it is and what you really need and doesn’t try to oversell.
