It’s possible Mr. Barnett is suffering from health issues or advancing age but he asked me to send him filings regarding a matter we spoke over the phone about, and specifically gave me a day and time at which he’d get back to me. In an “over promise - under deliver” situation, he did not get back to me at that time. He said later that he had surgery.
