Jill made our co-op purchase process go so smoothly, even with trickier bits like a post-closing possession and serving as power-of-attorney at closing. She is extremely responsive and adept at navigating all the red tape involved (due diligence with management companies, coordinating with the bank attorney, etc...). Her legal assistant Tiara is also fabulous. It was our second time working with Sodafsky Law and we'd do so again in a heartbeat!!

OMG! I would highly recommend Jill. The previous attorney at last minute couldn't even complete his responsibility. We spoke to Jill in the morning and in the afternoon despite her busy schedule she reviewed our lease. Because of her the closing could be made before New Years....She is the best! Thank you Jill! Any other needs I would definitely go with you.
