If I listened to their attorney would have a felony conviction around my neck for life. Always want to settle. I had proof of innocence and I really wanted to go to court. Took a year for a Bexar County DA to see my video. Charges dismissed day before jury selection ( which I didnt even know about) It was free and now I see why innocent people end up in prison or on probation. Oh still cant get my file had to file a complaint with the State Bar.
