I asked if he could write up a simple document for my buissness. He said it would be no problem and the would have it ready for me and I could could pay him when the work was complete. The day comes when I have the money together so I call the office. The lady that answers the phone says he hasn't created the document I asked for and won't intill I pay 250 dollars and schedule another appointment. That was not what he told me at the consultation.
