We are challenged with responsiveness from Mr. Jeffrey despite to continues text messages. His VM directs communications through texts but no responses yet after three messages in a span of a month. Mr. Jeffery, clients pay for your service and they deserve your responses and finish the work you are paid to do. Respectfully.

Jeff was great to work with, he was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Even through all this covid mess, and uscis extremely long delays because of it he was able to get all of our stuff taken care of without any hassle. Would definitely go to him again.
