Called Ms.Reardon for a consultation and she did not want to listen to what I had to say. I was facing some trouble with closing on a commercial property that I wanted to purchase, and that I had paid a deposit on already. Basically, the seller was taking too long to close and we were way beyond the due diligence period . I explained the situation to her and she asked me "why are you rushing to close?"
