Genuine and caring. Knows what she’s doing and will let you know how it is and will try to find a way to get the best outcome possible. Reliable and actually a pretty cool person.
I have to say that my experience with Jayla was great. I started off with two misdemeanors, both of them for assault. She did an awesome job the whole time and was able to get the first case dismissed altogether, the second one she managed to settle with no jail time and just a minimal amount in court fees. Words could never do justice to this amazing woman. I cannot express appropriately the weight of all that we've been through during the last year. On top of the normal grind of life, we have been facing fraudulent fines and fees that accompanied the threat of eviction. We've never missed a payment on our mortgage nor our lot rent.
