Terrible experience. We were 7 minutes late. Mr. Jones never even came out to acknowledge us. The receptionist told us that he was not in his office and we did not confirm our appointment on his website. We confirmed twice the previous day by telephone!! We knew that he was in his office because someone had come to see him at 1:59PM according to the concierge"s book. I wish I could give him zero star he is unprofessional I will never recommend him to anyone I just want to add one more thing after I saw u reply to my review it’s sounds like you are talking about someone else because this not what happened
I had put doing my will etc off for a long time. Jason's questionnaire made the process trouble free. He has the whole process systematized and answered all my questions so I got it all done in a reasonable period of time. He is very professional and I have already recommended him to someone else!
