Terrible experience. We were 7 minutes late. Mr. Jones never even came out to acknowledge us. The receptionist told us that he was not in his office and we did not confirm our appointment on his website. We confirmed twice the previous day by telephone!! We knew that he was in his office because someone had come to see him at 1:59PM according to the concierge"s book.
