I have limited experience with attorneys. Janet Richmond keep in contact and up to date on my case, which went along for several years. I never felt out of the loop or even worried that my interests were not being pursued. She took the time to explain some of the things I did not understand and if she didn't have time at that particular moment always got back to me in a timely manner. I recommend considering why, with Jan's many 5 star reviews why there would be a couple negative reviews. Sour grapes would be my guess. Jan took my case when no one else would because I was a few days past the statute of limitations. She then worked for me for years until we got the settlement the law defined as appropriate. The workers comp system is a mess and the best attorney can only do as much as the laws allow. But if my son needed an attorney tomorrow she would be my absolute first choice.

Jan was a was a shining star through out this entire experience. She is the epitome of professionalism. She went out of her way to fight for me every step of the way and treated me like one of her very own. During the years of struggle and uncertainty she fought for me every step of the way reassuring me and pushing them as hard as possible. In the end she was able to get me the best deal and I am forever grateful for her effort and skill. Thank you Jan for everything!

Absolute disgrace. Bows down to insurance fraud for her money grab. Pretends to be likable and genuine, then hang’s herself with her own lies. She can’t remember her lies. Guess that’s what a trained professional does to benefit themselves. Guess they get monetary gains from insurance companies. Wow, what a piece of work she is.

Ms. Richmond has been my attorney since she graduated from Harvard in 1991. She always goes above and beyond to meet my needs, has negotiated financial settlements with credit card agencies, provided a criminal referral in a marijuana possession case, handled various signatory duties as my power of attorney in the United States (I live abroad permanently) and I can ALWAYS trust that she has my best interests in mind. Highly professional, highly competent. I cannot sing her praises enough!
