Seeing you in the lobby for a case status update is already not a great thing. He was amazing to me years ago but recently he has not provided the same attention and service as he used to. Be aware that if you ask more questions you will receive a condescending email from his secretary leaving you feeling like an idiot. Totally the opposite of what immigration office should do. Very sad. I really used to like him and I recommended him left and right.
