Attorney Jim Eckert was extremely professional in his approach to a difficult situation. He communicated well, gave excellent ideas about how to handle things and was reasonably priced. He is extremely responsive (very quick to return e-mails and phone calls), and stayed on top of us when we needed reminders of the things we needed to do or get to him.
Jim Eckert represented me in a civil case that went to trial. The judge granted Mr Eckert''s motion for Summary Judgement after he made mincemeat of the Plaintiff's witnesses on cross-examination. The jury actually expressed their disappointment that the trial ended so quickly. Attorney Eckert is truly a force of nature in the courtroom and I cannot recommend him more highly.
Mr. Eckert has good down to earth communication skills. He explained legal proceedings in terms i could understand. Had a confidence about him that was reassuring. Gave great instructions on how to answer questions asked by other lawyers.
{Will Contest} Mr. Eckert practiced a high level of competence in a complex estate matter. He was very kind especially considering our family dynamic. He shows a rare combination of competence, character and compassion that was most appreciated
