Doesn’t care about his clients. Never returns calls. Never went to see my brother or give him his final papers.
Mr. Nesmith was hired by my family to rep a family member. My first conversation with him about his client told me all i needed to know. He's very rude over the phone. I felt like i was talking to a spoiled child instead of an attorney. Never answer the phone or return calls. He puts his personal business before his professional business. In my opinion, when you give someone a very substantial amount of money, they owe you something in return.
