Absolutely horrible and disgusting people. I reached out to pay a road maintenance fee on a home i just purchased, they informed me there was a lien from the previous owner and they needed to look into it and would get back to me. They never once called me (I called and left multiple voice messages trying to resolve the issue). Then I received notice they placed a lien on the property again because now my fee was late, all while waiting to hear back from them! I have been with Deaderick Law for a couple of years now. They take of my company business closings. Commercial and Residential. They have been completely professional. They do a great job. They always call me back when I leave a message. I have not one problem since they have taken over my closings. I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy, with a great staff.
Deaderick Law took care of the closing on our home. Boy, do I wish they DIDINT. They were professional and prompt UNTIL it came time for us to receive our proceeds from the sale. Ian looked at my wife and I and told us “it is past the cutoff time for wires today, but the money will be in your account in the morning.” The next morning rolls around and we get the run around.
