Deaderick Law Firm was one of the best I've ever worked with when closing on a home sale. The system they use is easy, straightforward and very useful. Additionally, they were incredibly responsive (shout out to Martha - you were awesome. I highly recommend them.

Martha Conger at Deaderick Title was excellent to work with. As Broker and Owner of Center Hill Realty, I really appreciate how seamless and well-managed the closing process was from start to finish. Martha was professional, responsive, and made the entire transaction smooth for everyone involved. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting people. I reached out to pay a road maintenance fee on a home i just purchased, they informed me there was a lien from the previous owner and they needed to look into it and would get back to me. They never once called me (I called and left multiple voice messages trying to resolve the issue). Then I received notice they placed a lien on the property again because now my fee was late, all while waiting to hear back from them! I have been with Deaderick Law for a couple of years now. They take of my company business closings. Commercial and Residential. They have been completely professional. They do a great job. They always call me back when I leave a message. I have not one problem since they have taken over my closings. I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy, with a great staff.
