Cost us our home. Pure negligent failed to update trust failed to correct deed . Appproved 3% loan lost after approved. He failed to give documents to.lender. pmts to him so he deposited checks in his acct...failed to update 2 trusts&will caused 3 million loss !
Allrged irresponsible, Professional negligence years; Was paid $1200/deposited &cancelled check / failed: to review 2 trusts, delete pet section &create one page pet trust addendum, void a first amendment, create a one page spendthrift bridging the 2 trusts : did not communicate had not done it!! Later:paid $200 to file one page corrective deed to comply with a approved 3% streamline &pay off 7% VA loan ,he failed to consult grantor and cpa,&lost loan then filed the wrong trust: failed to psy off 7% ,failed to collect the VA... read more
